Job description for Project Manager at ANOTECH Singapore
There is a new project in the Security & IT industry that will focus on the enhancement of processes in the Asia region. As a Project Manager you will be accountable to the delivery of the project & deliverables.
Responsibilities
· Acts as the project lead to support the delivery of the project in time, within cost with the right level of quality from the specification to the ramp up phase of the project.
· Provides planning and monitoring, milestone management, resources forecasting and change management across the project portfolio.
· Guarantees the quality of the deliverables, the compliance with the contractual schedule and the allocated budget.
· Works with a technical team and animate regular teams meetings to reach project objectives.
· Acts as the scrum master to ensure that the project development follows the agile methodology
· Understand and analyse customer requirements, data format specifications, interface specifications, etc and translate them into technical document.
· Own and develop relationship with partners, customers and internal product team working with them to optimize our delivery.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent disciplines
· At least 10 - 12 years of technical experiences and 8 years of team management experiences
· Involved in many software development cycles and familiar in SDLC and/or agile project implementation
· Exceptionally strong analytical and problem-solving skill
· Mature people management and team building
· Exceptionally strong customer management
· Team player with the ability to work cross-functionally and to work with all levels of staff
· Must have a positive attitude, team player, energetic and passionate with technology
· Ability to work independently, reliable, self-discipline, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to be innovative and drive continuous improvement
