Job description for Project Manager at Imapac Pte Ltd
- You will be directly responsible for the Conference production team and coordinate and assist project teams with all aspects of driving production.
- You will work with the Head of Sponsorship Sales on all projects.
- You will take overall responsibility on content driven elements of the business planning, whilst advising sales strategy and positioning.
- You will be a member of the IMAPAC leadership team and help contribute to the strategic direction of the business.
- Overall responsibility for the conference budgets
- Ensure the Following sections of the business plan are completed and signed off by the MD:
- Executive Summary
- Competitive Intelligence
- Buyers and sellers
- Delegate sales
- PROPOSOL
- Marketing
- Conference Production
- Ensure min of 5 buy-side research calls are completed during the business planning stage
- Manage deadlines as per IMAPAC standard delegate sales process
- Cultivate staff morale and ensure high productivity and harmony between team members
- Overall responsibility for leading and organizing project meetings for all events in your portfolio
- Coordinate with leaders within project teams to ensure that all briefs (inc. marketing/production/delegate/sponsorship briefs) are delivered on time and to IMAPAC standards for all events in your portfolio
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate forecasting and updates for delegate sales are reported in bi-weekly project meetings for each event (inc. those not in your portfolio)
- Coordinate with DS Lead to ensure viability checks are performed at business planning stage on key delegate sales profiles for each event (inc. those not in your portfolio).
- Overall responsibility for setting Delegate Sales targets and pricing for events.
- Work closely with Head of Sales and Delegate Sales Lead to meet sales target and revenue growth objectives
- Coordinate with leaders within project teams to ensure that all briefs (inc. marketing/production/delegate/sponsorship briefs) to ensure data upload and pipeline processes are being followed
- Ensure Conference Production Executives meet KPIs of generating 600k revenue and produce an average of 12 conference days per person per year.
- Overall responsibility for setting and hitting Conference production targets for events.
- Manage deadlines as per IMAPAC standard Conference production process
- Cultivate staff morale and ensure high productivity and harmony between team members
- Ensure project meetings are delivered be the conference production team to IMAPAC standards
- Ensure conference production team is working closely with DS and SPEX to drive revenue
- Ensure delegate sales briefs are delivered to IMAPAC standards
- Ensure that the data being captured by the conference production team in their A-lists and producer data docs is to IMAPAC standards of 100-150 fresh contacts per conference.
- Come up with training calendar and facilitate and conduct conference production trainings as and when necessary
- Monitor team’s progression through the use of individual training diaries.
