Job Description
The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful initiation, planning, design,
execution, monitoring, controlling, and closure of specific projects. You will manage project
teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure that projects are completed on time, within
budget, and to the specified quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
2. Coordinate project activities and manage project teams.
3. Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
4. Communicate project updates and status reports to stakeholders.
5. Identify and manage project risks and issues.
6. Ensure projects meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
7. Maintain all project documentation and records.
8. Organise project review meetings.
9. Manage stakeholder expectation.
10. Serve as a subject-matter expert in an assigned non-clinical or clinical module.
Prerequisites
1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science,
any Healthcare discipline, or a related field.
2. PMP certification is an added advantage.
3. At least 5 years of experience in project management, preference for healthcare
projects, such as Total Hospital Information System (THIS) implementation.
4. Be well-versed in non-clinical and clinical core processes and workflows.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
7. Proficiency in project management software (MS. Project) and tools.
8. Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
