We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver Monday.com implementation projects for clients across various industries. The Project Manager will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to streamline business processes, drive digital transformation initiatives, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Job Description
- Lead monday.com implementation projects with clients and internal stakeholders
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and project reports
- Coordinate project resources and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Monitor project progress, risks, and issues, and drive timely resolution
- Manage communication and information flow between clients and project teams
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in SaaS implementation or deployment projects
- Strong project management skills, methodologies, and tools
- Experience managing client-facing software implementation projects
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under tight deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience in a consulting, technology, or SaaS environment is preferred
- Experience with Monday.com or similar work management platforms e.g., JIRA, Notion, ClickUp, Asana, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet, MS Project is an advantage
