Position Overview
As the Project Manager (PM), you will be responsible for leading the tasks, budget, workflow and deliverables throughout the stages of multiple projects. You will facilitate the process of the design, survey, installation and testing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement effective project delivery strategies based on client requirements.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, track progress, and ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines.
- Manage project scope, changes, deliverables, and key milestones throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish project governance, communication protocols, and reporting mechanisms to maintain alignment and client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
- Maintain high standards of project quality while ensuring compliance with Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenditures, and maintain effective cost control throughout project execution.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Minimum HSK Level 4 proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
- At least 5 years of project management experience in telecommunications (telco) projects
