Job description for Project Manager /Account Manager (Digital Marketing) at Griity
- Responsible in both maintaining current clients while also overseeing potential clients to have a smooth and long term relationship with Griity.
- Responsible in sales management, managing new leads client and making revenue for the company to grow with monthly sales target.
- Responsible in managing all the project and internal timeline in order to deliver all the digital plan for clients in timely and effectively.
- Responsible in overseeing the needs and solving client's pain point and match it up with the right services to offer.
- Responsible in customer satisfaction rate to make recurring clients for prolonged work contract.
- Responsible in managing client's need in social media management service, ads service, and all of the griity products
- Responsible in doing administration work (making quotation, contract agreement, team member's work performance, company's quarterly report)
- Create and maintain relationships with clients to better understand and achieve their needs
- Have strong passion for sales and digital advertising
- Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
- Project management skill is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Have worked at digital marketing agency or media broadcasting is a plus
