Project Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will

be responsible for managing technical and construction activities on site, ensuring projects are

executed efficiently, safely, and according to plan. If you have strong site coordination skills and

experience in construction projects, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate technical drawings, specifications, and consultants to ensure accurate site

execution

• Manage daily construction activities, including supervisors, subcontractors, and

workforce coordination

• Act as the bridge between the Project Manager and site team by communicating

instructions and reporting progress

• Monitor project schedules, identify delays, and support corrective actions

• Assist with cost control, resource allocation, and material monitoring

• Ensure construction quality meets technical standards through inspections and issue

resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or

related field

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction site supervision or project engineering

• Strong understanding of construction methods, technical drawings, and site execution

• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of project scheduling, quality control, and safety standards

• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and related software

• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Good English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Currently based in Lombok or willing to relocate to Lombok
