Responsibilities and Duties:
1. To coordinate all the projects that you will be working on.
2. Assist with the planning, budget coordination, oversee and documentation for your projects.
3. To perform site survey, drawing & arranging installation works
4. Liaise with clients/subcontractors/suppliers
5. Assist project managers in project implementation
6. Supervision of site progress including attending meeting and discussion
7. Ensure service delivery
8. Ensure timely submission of reports for completed project
9. Any other Ad-Hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma (Specializing in Civil/Engineering/Construction would be advantage)
2. Experience in liaising with Commercial Building owners for mechanical, electrical, plumbing and other installation works
3. Experience in pump, HVAC installation and electrical works would be an advantage
4. Literate in Microsoft office/PowerPoint, Excel & word
