PT BINTANG BUANA PANGLIMA, a leading promoter specializing in Korean entertainment events in Indonesia, is looking for a passionate, creative, and highly motivated individual to join our growing team.
As a Project & Creative Executive, you will play a key role in bringing exciting entertainment projects to life—from creating promotional materials and coordinating event operations to supporting project execution behind the scenes. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys both creativity and project management in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Design promotional materials for concerts, fan meetings, and entertainment events.
- Create engaging social media content, presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Assist the CEO and project team in coordinating ongoing projects.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor communications, and operational requirements.
- Liaise with venues, suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Support event execution from the planning stage to the show day.
- Handle various project-related tasks to ensure smooth operations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree (S1) from a reputable university.
- Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong creative sense and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluent in spoken and written Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in Korean (spoken and/or written) is a strong advantage.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and event days.
- Experience in events, marketing, creative, or entertainment industries is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with outstanding portfolios are welcome to apply.
