Job description for Project Administrator at Feedloop
- Supporting Project Manager with the management and administration of project through all project phases
- Supporting Project Manager in developing relationships with key project stakeholders and others
- Acting as the contact point for all project participants, including managing internal and external communications
- Conducting risk analyses and anticipating and resolving potential problems that may jeopardize project success
- Maintaining project records and providing produces various report and documentation to key stakeholders and internal teams
- Scheduling routine meetings and recording decisions (e.g. next steps, assigned tasks etc.)
- Monitoring and reporting the project performance and progress and also addressing potential issues
- Coordinating quality controls for ensuring the deliverables meet client demands
- Retrieving necessary information such as related case studies and client/user requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or Management major
- Prior experience in a similar role is preferable
- Familarity or experience with project management software
- Familarity or experience with technical documentation, flowcharts, and schedules
- Familarity or experience in reporting and project management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Problem-solving skills with a keen eye for details
- Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
- Strong verbal as well as written communication skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia
