Job description for Project Administration Staff at PT Nusantara Compnet Integrator
Uraian tugas dan tanggung jawab:
- Mengelola semua dokumen dan data Project Management
- Menerima, memeriksa, dan membawa laporan untuk ditanda tangani customer
- Menyiapkan kelengkapan tagihan untuk diserahkan ke Billing
- Menyiapkan sertifikat Warranty
- Membantu tugas administrasi lainnya
Syarat / keterampilan yang dibutuhkan:
- Minimal pendidikan D3 (Administrasi, Akuntansi, atau sejenisnya)
- Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office (Ms. word dan Ms. Excel)
- Berpengalaman di bidang administratif minimal 1 tahun
- Bekerja dengan detail
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan fleksibel
- Mampu beradaptasi dengan cepat
