Job description for Product Trainer at Hafele Indonesia
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
- Technical background
- 2+ year experiences in product training
- Experiences in furniture fittings, home appliances, decorative materials or related fields is a plus
- Good presentation, interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Good brand awareness
- Strong work ethic, sense of urgency and desire to succeed
- Team player with a strong “customer-focus” orientation
- Dynamic, self-confident, hard-working, honest and gentle.
- Willing to travel domestically and work independently.
- Good command of English .
- Proficient in using MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Willing to be placed in Taman Tekno BSD, Tangerang
- Design, develop and update training materials, training aids and assessment tests based on the identified training needs and source training materials
- Manage the access to the LMS and update all the content
- Work closely with product management team and sales teams to identify and develop training/sales tools.
- Prepare training calendar schedule as per the HRI as the training needs assessment.
- Deliver training sessions in line with the training needs for the HRI staff and HRI customers, in all the HRI offices (Tangerang, Semarang, Surabaya & Bali)
- Deliver product training for student with major of interior design or furniture design in the universities and colleges in the assigned regions
- Perform post training evaluation for training sessions
- Identify area for improvement as per the feedback from trainees and implement changes accordingly
- Attend various training seminars, workshops, courses as needed. Proactively exchange knowledge and experiences with other trainers for better result
- Provide timely feedback to supervisor regarding training demands, training activities, training effectiveness and further development plans if any.
- Adhere to all company training policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are understood and followed.
