Job description for Product Support at BAMMS (PT Teknologi Optimal Prima)
- Support business strategy with product/features improvement.
- Product improvement suggestions based on user interviews, experiments, research, surveys & analysis for all platform.
- Receive feedback or issue report from users then make documentation of them.
- Review and recap the system issue.
- Work closely with the development team in order to solve user’s issues.
- Report the bug issue to QA/development team with proper procedure.
- Manage the day to day improvement and optimization of product in coordination with operations and business development.
- Participate in daily scrum meetings, planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Provide testing of software and enhancements.
- Escalate all process issues to the Product Manager.
