Your role
As a Product Marketing Associate at Glints, you’ll be part of Glints’ growth team. We’re building a strong culture to make data-driven decision making that generates significant business value and growth. Your main mission is to drive the product-market fit for our product (employers). We’re operating in some big growing cities in SEA, so you’ll get international exposure as well.

Responsibilities
1. Customer Insight
- Gain key insight to boost our activation & retention metrics;
- Define the customer segments, characteristics, size of opportunities and required product and services needs to be prioritized;
- Connect the dots and provide solid insights for our strategic planning process.
2. Conversion rate optimization
- Monitor conversion funnel across various entry points, as well as the relevant leading and lagging business and marketing indicators;
- Provide customer advocacy and identify customer experience improvement opportunities
3. Marketing Collateral
- Work closely with our Design team to produce viral marketing collaterals for distribution with the end of goal of generating in-bound interests.
4. Lead Generation
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) for top-of-funnel lead generation across multiple digital channels
5. Community Building
- Form strategic partnerships between Glints and the HK Startup Ecosystem with minimal guidance
- Work directly with the country management team to craft and execute Glints’ community outreach strategy and be the face of the company at startup conferences and events
- Host regular startup/talent themed workshops for Glints
Qualifications (Must Have)
- 1+ years of relevant working experience
- Passion in data-driven marketing and creating growth
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Uniquely creative, strategic, and operational marketer.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent visual communications skills – take a technical concept and explain it clearly in a just one image
- Experience participating in dynamic product rollout processes
- Highly motivated, with a positive outlook and a can-do attitude (be the person you would want to work with)
- A real people-person, someone who can make conversation with and build a relationship with anyone, anywhere
Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience in market analysis
- Previous experience in sales or working with B2B sales teams
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data analytics
