Job description
Novelship is seeking a full-time Product Manager (Senior Associate) based in Singapore to join our team.
Brief Description of Role: As a Product Manager, you will be building scalable products and features to accelerate Novelship’s growth across different verticals and markets. You will get a chance to develop features across Novelship’s mobile app platforms and mobile/desktop webflows. You will report directly to the lead product manager and the COO.
In this role you will:
- Define and execute a robust and comprehensive strategy, product roadmap, and business plan for Novelship.
- Drive the entire product development life cycle from market research, product design, implementation to deployment.
- Define metrics to measure the health and success of the product.
- Identify and execute on opportunities to drive up engagement for users.
- Collaborate with design, marketing, business development, analytics, and other product managers to drive our business with meaningful value to our user base and to ensure alignment with Product strategy.
- Develop features requirements and product solutions that solve key user needs and business goals with the remote engineering team.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering ,Business or other related fields
- At least 1-2 years of experience working as product manager, technology/management consulting experience or related roles at a startup
- Excellent critical thinking, stakeholder management and communication skills
- Outstanding writing and verbal communication skills and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledgeable about UX design principles and agile/scrum development process
- Past Experience in developing features related to marketing promotion, merchant services or internal admin tools is preferred
- Past experience using Mixpanel/Amplitude, Google Analytics, Hotjar and/or related product analytics tools (Good to have)
