What will you be doing?
- As part of the product team, research, analyze, and define the product vision and execute on the prioritized roadmap for your product area
- Understand user pain points, gather inputs from multiple sources including potential customers, and connect them with business objectives to generate a product vision that will help Brick to better solve the customers’ needs
- Responsible for Developer Dashboard, Client Onboarding experience, Product integration, and Documentation as well as their potential for optimization
- Work with UX and Design team to produce high quality, pixel perfect work and delightful interactions
- Define clear and well-scoped product requirements documents (PRD) that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences
- Set the product prioritization, monitor, and coordinate product development process with a team of engineers and designers to ship high-quality products
- Build relationships with stakeholders across Brick including partnership, sales and marketing
- Managing go-to-market for new products, including messaging & launch plans
What skills do we need from you?
- Minimum 3 years experience in managing customer-facing products, preferably with fintech / B2B background with a strong understanding of data, analytics and UX.
- Experienced in performing experimentation & driving product discovery process.
- Experience working with UI, UX, research and design teams and business stakeholder management.
- Confident communicator, high proficiency in communication skills, written and spoken (both in Bahasa Indonesia and English)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to critically identify problems early in the process.
- Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution
- Familiar with API products and how they work.
- Have a degree in STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) fields is a plus
