Job description for Product Manager at Chick-in
- Own the end-to-end success of projects from discovery to launch.
- Partnering with other departments to ship high-impact capabilities and product improvements driving efficiency.
- Define, track and report on the key product, business, and customer metrics.
- Seek product ideas and feedback, gather requirements, write specs, create wireframes and workflows.
- Do continuous research, both online and offline, to understand customer problems and identify and iterate on solutions.
- Analyze market trends and maintain an awareness of competitor activity.
- Define clear and well-scoped requirements documents that are easily understood by technical and non-technical audiences.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operational teams.
- Identify new areas for growth through quantitative search and UX research.
- A Bachelor’s / Masters or an equivalent degree, preferably in IT/IS, Management, or Business.
- 2+ years experience as a Product Manager or experience working with digital products, especially in agritech or poultry technology is a plus.
- A self-starter who works well both collaboratively and as an individual contributor.
- Have a high curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn.
- Have knowledge of product management cycle and agile framework.
- Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics, and analytics to measure product value.
- Analytical and data-driven, love digging into the data to understand what’s happening, define & measure success on every project. Fluency with numbers is a must.
- Comfortable with a research job to define the problem statements and get into the depth of problem areas.
