Sermorpheus is a NFT company based in Indonesia our tagline are #NFTforEveryone, our goals are made owning NFT easy as possible. Besides that we have a target to become one of the NFT marketplaces.
We are currently in search of Product Manager to join our business teams.
Job Descriptions:
• Identify market opportunities and establish product vision, strategy, roadmap and success metrics.
• Collaborate and build alignment with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Lead research, development and launch of customer-centric products.
• Prioritizing product features and capabilities.
• Monitoring the market to solicit customers’ feedback on company products and services and develop competitive analysis.
Requirements:
• Experience in product management at a start-up company, with proven success in launching new products/features with clear impact.
• A self-starter who works well both collaboratively and as an individual contributor.
• Have empathy and a genuine desire to resolve customer’s paint points.
• Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics and analytics to measure product value.
• Proficiency in conducting competitive research and analysis.
• Excellent business acumen, customer-centric, team and results-oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
