Job Description:
- Research and identify trends in the chemical and industrial materials sector.
- Conduct market analysis to discover opportunities and potential gaps in the product range.
- Create the ideation and conceptualization of new chemical products, from initial idea through market introduction.
- Work closely with R&D and production teams to ensure product concepts are translated into effective and safe formulations.
- Develop and implement testing methods to evaluate product performance, stability, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards throughout the product development process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
- Possesses strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to support innovation and problem-solving.
- Demonstrates excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle technical challenges effectively.
- Shows a strong passion for chemical products, process improvement, and innovation.
- Exhibits good communication skills to collaborate and convey ideas clearly across departments.
