- maintain relationships with current suppliers while also finding new strategic and more efficient potential suppliers
-create purchasing orders based on the approved budget and management
-tracking and maintaining the status of the orders, and reporting any delivery issues or incomplete delivery
-create and be responsible to the weekly purchase and delivery report for management review.
