We are hiring a PR Marketing / KOL Specialist for our digital marketing agency, Gaia Digital Agency, to support and execute public relations, influencer marketing, and brand collaboration initiatives across our client ecosystem. This role is responsible for helping brands increase visibility, build meaningful relationships, and generate awareness through strategic PR activities, media outreach, partnerships, and KOL collaborations.
This is a full-time on-site position based in Ubud, Bali. You will work closely with our creative, social media, advertising, and website teams to execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple industries, with many of our clients operating within the premium, lifestyle, hospitality, and F&B sectors. Relocation to Ubud is required. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm, and strong English communication skills are mandatory, as English is used as the primary working language.
Your primary responsibility is to assist in planning and executing PR and marketing initiatives for both the agency and its clients. This includes media outreach, relationship building, partnership development, campaign coordination, community engagement, and managing collaborations with media partners, influencers, content creators, and industry stakeholders.
A significant portion of this role focuses on KOL and influencer marketing. You will be responsible for identifying relevant influencers, evaluating partnership opportunities, conducting outreach, negotiating collaborations, coordinating campaign deliverables, and maintaining long-term relationships with creators across various industries and markets. Experience managing influencer campaigns from start to finish is highly preferred.
You will also support broader marketing initiatives by coordinating campaigns, activations, events, partnerships, and brand collaborations. Working closely with internal teams, you will help ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels while supporting campaign objectives related to brand awareness, engagement, traffic, and business growth.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of how PR, influencer marketing, and digital marketing work together. Experience working within a digital agency environment is highly beneficial, as you will be managing multiple projects and client accounts simultaneously. Familiarity with media relations, press releases, media databases, influencer outreach platforms, and campaign reporting is highly valued.
This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You should be comfortable reaching out to media contacts, negotiating with influencers, managing partnerships, and representing brands professionally. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines are essential.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as social media, websites, paid advertising, and content marketing is a plus. Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, luxury, wellness, travel, or F&B brands will be considered an advantage.
You are also expected to be familiar with AI tools and understand how to use them effectively to support PR and marketing activities. This includes leveraging AI for research, media list building, outreach preparation, content drafting, campaign ideation, and reporting. The ability to integrate AI into daily workflows to improve efficiency and output quality is highly encouraged.
Candidates should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English, experience in PR, influencer marketing, communications, marketing, or related fields, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced agency environment. A background in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline is preferred.
