Job description for Polyolefin Sales Executive Marketing Product Analyst at PT GCM MARKETING SOLUTIONS INDONESIA
- Responsible for sales of PTTGC’s products throughout the assigned territory and Packaging Industry in Indonesia’s market.
- Implement, pursue and maintain polymer products sales and activities to achieve sales target.
- Grow and develop market for polymer products in [Indonesia Territory or Packaging Industry ] to achieve sales target.
- Maintain cohesive business relationship with existing customers to strengthen PTTGC position.
- Identify and develop new customers in assigned [territory/industry] to realize business growth plan.
- Coordinate sales activities of team members for assigned product line(s) among territories throughout Indonesia .
- Identifies key customers and keeps the up-to-date records of all customers and prospective customers using Business Value Chain Knowledge.
- Constantly improves one’s own knowledge then analyst “MARKET STRADEGY” that of one’s customers and peers.
- Daily operational activities include:
- Offer and negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery conditions, and conclude sales orders day by day.
- Create solutions for customer potential needs and handle complaints to build\relationships / Bring new opportunities in each Platform product sales.
- Control and minimize outstanding payment, overdue orders and overdue lifting.
- Prepare monthly and annually sales forecast and improve forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to [or lead] sales process optimization, cross-functional projects actively.
- Regular report market update and sales activities to manager and other internal interaction.
- Responds to all customers’ needs such as on products, delivery, documents, etc.
