About Flokq
Flokq.com started with an idea to make people feel at home in a city with overwhelming opportunities, ever-reducing space and increasing isolation. We began our journey with a three pronged approach - affordable and convenient housing, ability to connect with like-minded people and fixing a city’s housing problems. Having to deposit thousands of dollars just to live in a house for a few months did not seem fair to us nor did the ineluctable need for connecting with others like us. So we decided to Flokq these problems away and hit the road to snap the stereotypes of shared living.

Program Overview
The Flokq Internship will be 2-3-month (extendable) duration based at our office in Noble House, Kuningan. You will cultivate meaningful relationships and develop strong interpersonal and business skills that will set you apart from your peers. This role is complex, and demanding in a high paced environment.
Position/Role Overview
Looking to launch a career in photography? As part of our operations team you will get experience and exposure to high level projects that streamline operational content and make them more efficient by having a constant stream of inventory. In your role as an intern, you will have opportunities to work with professional photographers and also get exposed to the latest trends in the market while being a part of innovative and dynamic space. We are looking for savvy hustlers to assist us with producing rich content and amazing high quality photos. Top applicants are proficient multitaskers, organized and have strong people skills, a great aesthetic sense with a do not say die attitude. Join our team in areas of
- Coordinating shoots including scheduling, set up
- Best layout, angles and lighting to produce extremely rich photos & videos and demonstrating artistic vision and creativity.
- Post editing of photos & stitch in a timely fashion.
- Continued learning and development of your craft, including staying up-to-date on new techniques and technology
- Work with and assist pro photographers, from our portfolio of professionals.
- Relationship Management
- Channel and Partnership Development
Requirements:
- Demonstrate full understanding of manual camera settings and lighting (natural and studio)
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, IE: PhotoShop, Lightroom,
- Be knowledgeable of MAC and preferably own one.
- Enjoy challenges of photographing apartments and buildings, understand the challenges and work to find creative solutions.
- Be able to develop strong personal relationships with key contacts at assigned companies.
- Manage multiple responsibilities, changing priorities, and excel in a fast-paced environment without missing deadlines
- Interest in houses and homes layout and photography
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Strong people skills.
- A hustler by nature!
- Authorized to work in Indonesia
