Job scope:
- Arrange appointments with clients over the phone and email
- Organise and plan the schedule of the manager
- Basic administrative work
- Preparation of meeting documents and taking notes during meetings
- Answer and redirect phone calls
Requirements:
- 20 years old and above
- Education: Local diploma / overseas & local degrees
- Commitment of at least 3 months without significant disruption
- Fluent in communication
