Job description for Personal Assistant at Yang & Associates
The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist our Partner in day to day business operations. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications and client relationships, and planning events, as necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Aiding our Partner in scheduling interviews, meetings and appointments
- Tasked with administrative matters and follow up monitoring of the status of certain projects and events
- Help with client relationship management & after sales support and queries
- Help to do simple research and powerpoint presentations for team meetings
Working Arrangements, Benefits & Remuneration:
- Remote working and flexible hours possible
- Part time role. 3-5 hours a day maximum. 5 days a week.
- Generous 1.5k base salary with CPF, plus high variable bonus depending on revenue generated. Variable could be a multiple of base salary!
- Learn about 2 different industries in F&B & Financial Services with upward mobility to get promoted to full time positions
