Job description for Personal Assistant to Director at PT. AUTOMATION JAYA ELECTRIC
- In charge of the recruitment process for all levels.
- Responsible for explaining contracts, company regulations, and job descriptions to employees.
- Responsible for making job descriptions, SOPs, and work forms to support the effectiveness and productivity of the company.
- Contribute to providing company training and program development.
- Coordinate with management to evaluate employee performance.
- Responsible for completing the company's administrative needs and analyzing the needs of office facilities.
- Responsible to handle BPJS for employees.
- Responsible for arranging meeting schedules between management and head divisions.
- Responsible for preparing meetings, making minutes of meetings, and distributing meeting results.
- Responsible for organizing travel plans.
- Responsible for analyzing and making customer satisfaction reports.
- Assist management in providing solutions to staffing and inter-divisional operational issues.
- Organize and store important company documents.
- The candidate must have a bachelor's degree in any field.
- Have good communication and coordination skills, both orally and in writing.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Neat and attractive appearance.
- Have good knowledge.
- Have knowledge and skills about correspondence, reporting, and administration.
- Computer literacy is a must (Ms. Excel, Ms. Word, Ms. Power Point, dan Outlook)
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Have good time management.
- Willing to work in Cakung, Jakarta Timur
