Job description for Performance Strategist at Kaliber
We’re looking for an experienced Performance Strategist to be responsible for the performance of our clients and the development of our Performance Team.
It will ideally suit someone who has solid experience in developing and presenting multichannel digital marketing strategies to internal and external stakeholders, as well as facilitating the performance team to achieve client objectives.
Responsibilities
- Build trusting relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
- Drive internal agency collaboration to achieve clients’ results
- Drive performance conversations and reviews with the team
- Monitor and report on budget pacing, goal pacing and share recommendations to remain strategically on pace for budget or to exceed goals
- Identify and propose digital channel mix strategies and team processes to help achieve clients’ objectives effectively and efficiently
- Audit campaigns regularly and oversee the execution of your team to ensure campaigns are created to Kaliber’s standards
- Contribute to client reporting with in-depth data-driven insights
- Educated teams on digital vendors and their offerings
- Actively involved in resource planning process of the performance team
- Assist to resolve escalated issues, relating to clients campaign performance
- Manage the relationship with our Marketing Platform Partners in Google and Facebook
- Contribute to the onboarding process of clients and new hires
Ideal Candidate
- At least 5 years of digital implementation experience in an agency, working across Search, Display, Video, Social and Programmatic
- Ability to produce media plans and performance forecasts
- Experience managing key internal and external, stakeholder and vendors
- Ability to think and act strategically and when required out of the box.
- Proven team management experience
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Ability to manage and develop holistic digital strategies and services
- Highly skilled in project and time management
- Be able to understand and communicate complex concepts and business structures
- Strong analytical skills
- Curious and hungry for growth
