Job description
PERFORMANCE MARKETING MANAGER
As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role to drive the Growth department’s performance through our digital projects including the campaign planning, execution, as well as the research, analyses, and estimations on the performance and profitability of those campaigns. You will play the role of delivering the digital strategy, nurture strategy, look after the media buying, channel planning, creating the growth strategies and growth journeys for the success of our clients.
Your responsibilities:
  1. Providing growth strategy for our clients and communicating insights to the management team, including the nurture strategy, media and channel plan based on the client's budget available for the strategy.
  2. Conducting research such as user testing and surveys to find out the needs and wants of the target audience.
  3. Managing paid ad campaigns across search, display, social and retargeting networks by conducting extensive keyword research, analysis and testing of keyword performance
  4. Ensuring successful campaigns to deliver the best return on investment, using data to identify channel optimization and growth opportunities, surfacing dependencies and blockers to cross-functional stakeholders.
  5. Conducting day-to-day management and implementation of the automated program/campaign process from asset creation to email testing and deployment.
  6. Evaluating performance of digital marketing campaigns and assess them based on ROIs and KPIs
  7. Working closely with ad network partners to develop and execute on channel strategies and to capitalize on latest channel technology.
  8. Identifying replicable marketing strategies, tactics and channels that address business pain points and convey product benefits to drive growth.
  9. Testing different value propositions and messages, building and running A/B tests across different channels to find the best angle to introduce our product for each target group
  10. Lead, motivate, and mentor junior staff to achieve the best results for the projects and create a high performance culture within the team.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years working experience in a key marketing position, preferably in digital agency.
  2. Portray a passion and exceptional analytical skills and demonstrate a fluency in acquisition of metrics, being able to evaluate and orchestrate large campaigns spanning numerous marketing channels.
  3. Demonstrate proficiency in optimizing and executing SEM, PPC as well as Facebook Ads, Twitter Ads, and Display Advertising.
  4. Capable of determining key metrics, constantly reducing operational costs, and measuring the success of performance strategies.
  5. Able to use consumer insights and human psychology to come up with and develop creative marketing acquisition tactics that can be applied throughout the department.
  6. Have experience with marketing tools such as Semrush, Hubspot, Appsflyer and/or other similar tools within the growth stack
  7. Must also be a strong communicator both in verbal and written form of English.
  8. Highly adaptable and has an ability to learn quickly and come up with prompt solutions for marketing campaigns and programs.
  9. Strongly motivated to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with global clients.
  10. Eager to take on ownership and responsibilities, with a sense of commitment to delivering tasks and projects within deadlines and with the highest level of quality.
  11. Ability to identify and proactively communicate issues, areas of improvement, and to provide status updates.
