Job description for People Operations Coordinator at Jejak.in
- Handle end to end recruitment process
- Assist new employee orientation program for new hires
- Provides support and guidance to employees related to HR matters
- Handle HR documents and letters
- Maintain & updating personnel documentation
- Act as a point of contact with HR external vendor
- Manage employee disciplinary issues and provide advice to business leaders on ways to manage each case
- Keep up to date with latest HR trends and best practices
- Participate in HR/organization projects and activities
Requirements:
- Strong ethics to manage confidential data
- Min. 3 years experiences in HR operation & recruitment
- Prior experience in a fast-paced organization/start-up is a plus
- Able to work independently or within a team
- Strong in administrative task
- Good analytical thinking, well organized & attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident to speak in English is a plus
- Willing to commute to SCBD and Bintaro

Jejakin aims to help tackle several environmental issues and help businesses to understand their carbon footprints, plan and monitor conservation and reforestation programs in making sure all are successful, measure the impact of each of the program (i.e. carbon absorption, water infiltration, air condition, and biodiversity), and offset their carbon emission or trade their carbon storage in our carbon exchange and marketplace.
