Introduction:
Campaign.com is looking for a social issue-driven and self-motivated People Engagement & Organization Development Officer to join our People Team. In this Work-Anywhere, Full Remote work role, your responsibilities are to ensure that Campaign.com has organizational design & policies, company culture, and human resources that can support to achieve our vision to make the world a better place by taking a strategic approach to employee engagement and internal communications, supporting and developing talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.
The ideal candidate must be a people-oriented person who has strong empathy about what our team members might need to give their best performance and together with Campaign.com make the world a better place. They also need to have a strong strategic thinking and planning & organizing skills to implement HR initiatives and systems.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and strengthen employee engagement programs whilst driving and enhancing company culture in a full remote working environment.
- Responsible for organization restructuring in line with Campaign.com’s vision and mission and creating effective internal communication strategies about organizational change.
- Manage and ensure all HR Operations are maintained and effectively executed (updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data).
- Ensuring that the end-to-end HR process supports a positive employee experience (and the other stakeholders) at all times.
- Assist in regular performance management processes.
- Actively research HR-related things that fit in a startup company that applied for full remote work.
- Develop training and development programs.
Requirements:
- Strong passion and active in the social world with a track record in charity or volunteer work.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Psychology, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working experiences in HR focused on People Engagement & Organizational Development.
- Strong data analytical, critical & logical thinking, and strong administration skills.
- Creative, positive thinking and attitude, open-minded, and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good team player and proactive attitude.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English.
- Very well organized and detail-oriented.
