Job description for Payroll Coordinator at PT Bakrie Building Industries
- Prepare and implement employee salary administration and calculation of employee salary, insurance and income tax to assist employee salary administration process.
- Monitor and manage final payments to employees including: retirement, retrenchment, resignation & termination and to ensure employee entitlement for all payments made.
- Perform and control the related HRIS – payroll system and ensuring the process is comply with the regulations.
- Propose and update the payroll improvement system and personnel data update to ensure the employee data are update from time to time.
- Monitor and organize documents of new hire and personnel files and keep it’s confidentiality to ensure that all relevant data for new hires are maintained in a systematic database and easy to find for various purposes of personnel data.
- Submit and monitor all employee payroll calculation list along with the company’s check to prefered bank and to ensure that all employees salary are paid to their bank account.
- Monitor and manage staff receivable reconciliation to identify any instances where advances exceed salary and/or other problems and resolve trough liaison with approving supervisor.
- Develop employee’s data record and maintain confidentiality of all documentations to provide administration support.
- Maintain good relationship with external vendors, government bodies (BPJS, Outsourcing etc.) in order to have smooth operational HR activities.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines.
- Minimum 5 years experience in dealing with payroll.
- Have experience use payroll software/ other IT applications.
- Have experience handle payroll, retirement funds, social benefit/security, & income tax.
- Have a good knowledge about Labor Law, BPJS, and Tax regulation.
- Good interpersonal skill, attention to detail, & good analytical skill.
