1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree / Associate Degree in Culinary Art (or equivalent)
2. Minimum three (3) years or more working experience in 5-star hotel
3. For Culinary Instructor : must have strong theoretical and technical culinary skills, & thorough knowledge of various Culinary items.
4. For Pastry Bakery Instructor : must have strong theoretical and technical baking and pastry skills, & thorough knowledge of various pastries and baked items, as well as the ingredients used.
5. Facilitation and Presentation Skills
6. Strong relationship-building skills, including excellent communication skills among all levels of the organization
7. Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written English.
8. Moderate to advanced computer literacy as it applies to delivery of applicable course content.
9. Willing to work in Tabanan, Bali, Indonesia
1. Teach culinary or pastry & bakery classes according to the curriculum.
2. Provide personal and professional guidance to students when needed.
3. Develop creative instructional methods to engage students in learning process.
4. Develop instruction materials and handouts for students.
5. Develop daily lesson plans and instructional plans.
6. Setup classroom, lab, and other school equipment and supplies for students.
