Partnership Administrative Assistant
Seeking Partnership Administrative Assistant who will serve as a strategic administrative partner to the company’s top executive. Self-starter to provide administrative support for the Partnerships Team. Assistant will have the opportunity to experience a broad range of commercial support activities
- Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university, preferably in a related field (e.q Marketing, Business etc). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous internship or related experience in Sales, Business Development and Marketing is helpful.
- Firm understanding of and experience using Microsoft Office software including Powerpoint, Excel and Word.
- An effective communicator, both written and oral
- Ability to communicate in a professional manner with current as well potential partner contacts.
- Fluency in language Bahasa and English.
- Understand the business preferences and priorities of your leaders and partnership and order to best support the project.
- Collaborate with other members of the team to provide seamless support for the company.
- Help address the needs of a project, schedule meetings, coordinate team members, and otherwise plan or manage tasks in a way that minimizes the amount of time your executives spend on them.
- Administrative business partners are similar to personal assistants, help manage teams and look for problems so they can be resolved before they can be resolved before they start having an impact.
- The jobs involves looking for potential leads, cold call, processing emails, and perform other tasks as necessary.
