Job description
LOOKING TO HIRE A PART TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Salary: $750 PER MONTH
Working days: Tues & Thurs / Wed & Fri (ONLY 2 days per week)
Location: Tanjong Pagar (10mins walking distance from MRT)
Job Description
• Handles all administrative task given
• Designing of content
• Prepare infographics
• Assist in management of personal matters occasionally
• Providing support for office management when necessary
• Maintain organized and neat filing system
• Undertaking ad hoc duties given by Manager
Job Requirement
• Minimum local Diploma / Degree
• Good with numbers, Apple apps and pages
• Knows how to use Canva
• Good with administrative follow ups
• Ability to follow through daily tasks
• Self driven, determined and independent
• Must be reliable
- Must be 20 and above, guys must have completed NS

Part-time hours: 18 per week
