Job description for Part-Time Operations/Category Management (India - remote job) at SourceSage
Responsibilties :
- Assist Accout and Operations to help to verify suppliers, invoices and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Handling ordering from customers and process order with suppliers.
- Sourcing of products via marketplaces or offline vendors.
- Engaging buyers to understand demands.
- Verifyng purchase order against invoice before processing of orders, coordinate with Category Lead, AccountManager & Operation Team to help fulfill customer's order accordingly.
Requirements :
- India citizen only can apply
- Good at e-commerce buying & shopping
- At least 1 year of experience in Admin/Operation field or similar
- Bachelor/ Diploma Degree from any discipline
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literacy & fast learner
- Good communication skill and teamwork
- Good English in writing and speaking
- Able to speak local language (if any)
- Preferably the candidate has some free time daily
