Job description for Part Time Admin at Ach Organisation
LOOKING TO HIRE A PART-TIME PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Salary: $10/HR
Working days: Any 2 or 3 days per week (Mon-Fri)
Location: Alexandra Road (6 mins walk from Labrador Park MRT Station)
Job Description
• Handles all administrative task given
• Designing of content and infographics
• Assist in management of personal matters occasionally
• Providing support for office management when necessary
• Maintain organized and neat filing system
• Undertaking ad hoc duties given by Manager
Job Requirement
• Minimum local Diploma / Degree
• Good with numbers, Apple apps and pages
• Knows how to use Canva
• Good with administrative follow ups
• Ability to follow through daily tasks
• Able to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a dynamic and fast paced industry
