Job Description
- Identify and develop potential partnership opportunities with pageant event organizers, communities, foundations, and relevant organizations.
- Conduct business approaches, presentations, negotiations, and partnership discussions related to voting and ticketing system services.
- Prepare partnership proposals, commercial offers, and conduct follow-ups through to the successful conclusion of agreements.
- Coordinate with the Operations, Marketing, and Technical teams to ensure the smooth implementation of voting and ticketing systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners before, during, and after event execution.
- Monitor ticket sales and voting transaction performance, and provide recommendations to improve overall results.
- Achieve partnership and revenue targets in accordance with established KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Partnership, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
- Experience in managing B2B partnerships, particularly with event organizers, communities, foundations, or organizations, is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English is preferred, particularly experience using English in a professional working environment.
- Strong target-oriented mindset with the ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, with proven capability in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
