- Looking for comparison vendors/outsourcing companies according to the company's needs and budget
- Conduct negotiations and can recommend selected vendors/outsourcing companies to management
- Receive monthly reports from units regarding the performance of vendors and partners, as well as provide reviews
- Take care of monthly billing administration
- Conduct regular monthly meetings with vendors/outsourcing companies
- Providing directions for improvement regarding the work results of each vendor/outsourcing company’s
- Routine coordination with all leaders in the unit (especially the leaders in charge of outsourcing)
- Providing input on operational constraints caused by outsourcing
- Create work plans related to outsourcing in all business units
- Manage and control all vendors operation and performance to meet the best service according company expectation.
- Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Management or equivalent work experience
- Having experience 3-5 years at Hospitality, Retail, or Shopping Mall Industry handling 3rd party vendors/outsourcing
- A deep understanding of manpower supply, outsourcing of house keeping, security and parking management
- Commitment to operational, administrative and logistics work.
- Attention to detail, good communication, negotiation and leadership Skills
