Job description for Organizational Development Specialist at Chick-in
- Serve as a strategic partner in driving organization change management and business optimization projects.
- Implement change management projects that improve HR processes, systems, structure, and culture. Monitor and measure the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
- Analyze business structures, procedures, processes, and utilization of resources.
- Design and implement a variety of development initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
- Gathering and assessing feedback from all levels in the organization regarding concerns, areas of improvement, successes, and highlights.
- Contribute to potential restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
- Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
- Drive organizational change ensuring staff remain engaged, motivated, and valued.
- Support the individual development planning process for executives and emerging leaders.
- Consult with management on performance, organizational and leadership matters.
- Recommend and implement policies and procedures based on a thorough knowledge of employment and benefit laws on the national, state & local level.
- Bachelor’s Degree , Master’s Degree in OD, business or related field preferred
- 3 or more years’ related experience and/or training
- Strong planning, organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from various stakeholders including leadership, managers, and employees
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or
- Proficiency in the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
