Operations and Inventory Management Executive

Gnome & Bow is looking for an Operations and Inventory Executive to lead day-to-day processes leading to optimal efficiency and seamless customer experience.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Troubleshoot operations issues and solve them
- Manage allocation of stock across various channels
- Ensure prompt delivery of goods and services for clients
- Oversee inventory, facilities, as well as distribution of goods and services
- Research new technologies and alternative methods of efficiency
- Develop practical solutions for growth of customer satisfaction with service delivery and ensure smooth running of internal operations
- Manage budgets and costs effectively
- Manage general enquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Serve customers in our showroom
- Handle returns, exchanges, repairs and reviews
- You’ll work closely with various teams to ensure smooth operations internally and externally
- You’ll make recommendations to key stakeholders and management
- You’ll solve daily issues and forecast larger aims to be achieved
- You’ll develop brilliant communication and interpersonal skills, working with both internal and external stakeholders
- You’ll gain excellent time management
- You’ll learn the processes involved in running a global fashion e-commerce business
- Diploma or Degree in Business or Operations or Logistics or Supply chain related discipline
- 2 years of experience in operations or administration at a startup/corporate environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Expertise in inventory management and resource planning systems
- Strong analytical skills and understanding of workflow management
- Experience in responding to complaints and maintaining safety standards
- Experience in project planning, scheduling and recovery support
