Responsibilities:
An Operations Executive / Executive Assistant is a full-time position which primarily assist the Director in administrative duties and project management tasks
You will be required to:
➢ Assist the Director in his work of Business Development and Project Management
➢ Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
➢ Accompany Director to appointments, meetings and keep minutes management
➢ Develop and implement operational and strategic policies.
➢ Manage and execute projects assigned
➢ Maintain Managing Director's agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings
➢ Handle confidential documents and ensure that they remain secure
➢ Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and accurate
➢ Engage in other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Pre-Requisites & Skillsets:
➢ Singaporeans and PRs only
➢ Do not Smoke
➢ Able to travel overseas on ad-hoc basis for business trips
➢ For Applicants, only ORD-ed personnel will be considered
➢ Diploma from local polytechnics or bachelor’s degree of any Discipline (Fresh Graduates Welcome)
