Job Description
We are looking for a hustler, a doer, and a professional team player to join our vibrant company, Everplate Kitchens. You will perform and work in collaboration under the Facility Management Team to do a range of tasks including providing support to tenants in terms of facility operations issues, managing operations reporting tracking system, managing multiple stakeholders to ensure tracking system regularly updated, providing improvement in terms of issues management, supporting in managing multiple stakeholders in public to ensure seamless operations overall.
What you will do
- Day-to-Day Operations Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end operations reporting dash
- Coordinating with different stakeholders to ensure proper operations process and seamless onboarding process
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
- Communicating with stakeholders effectively to ensure problem resolutions
- Work with the International team to share issues and resolve problems
- Work with more members in the organization to drive continuous improvement and best practice sharing across hubs and countries
- Support other projects if needed
What you will need
- Bachelor Degree, preferably in tech/operations/engineering/natural science related field if no relevant work experience
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in technology disciplines
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues is a MUST
- Ability to communicate in English is a MUST
- Ability to be flexible in work schedule including being punctual and able to work extended hours as needed.
- Proactive and resourceful when problem-solving, with a general curiosity to learn
- Ability to stay professional in a stressful work environment
- Ability to take initiative in a constantly-changing work environment (be an owner)
- Great team player and proven communication skills
- Experience with Excel; Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools is useful such as Tableau or Database Management such as Airtable but not essential
