Job description for Operational Staff at Pt. Kekancan Mukti Group
- Pemeliharaan serta perbaikan seluruh instalasi, tenant, bangunan dan fasilitas-fasilitas tenant lainnya.
- Menangani segala peralatan, serta instalasi lainnya yang menggunakan tenaga listrik, air, maupun gas.
- Menyiapkan keperluan listrik, gas, dan air Kantor dan Tenant secara teratur serta melaporkannya.
- Melaksanakan program pemeliharaan preventif.
- Memperbaiki kebocoran air (titik isolasi).
- Memprioritaskan segala permintaan tenant.
- Memonitor pekerjaan pemeliharaan vendor pihak ketiga atau eksternal.
