Job description for Operation Specialist – AI Data Collection at ISG
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate daily AI data collection operations and ensure project timelines are
achieved.
• Supervise and manage operators during embodied AI data collection activities.
• Monitor data quality and ensure collected datasets meet project standards and
client requirements.
• Prepare and organize collection venues, equipment, and operational logistics.
• Conduct operator onboarding and training for new workflows and SOPs.
• Create operational reports, productivity tracking, and issue escalation
documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, recruitment, and project management teams to optimize
operational performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues during live data collection sessions.
• Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, safety procedures, and confidentiality
requirements.
• Support scaling operations for new projects, locations, and operator expansion.
Qualifications
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering,
Information Systems, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, outsourcing management,
field coordination, or AI/data-related projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
• Familiarity with AI data annotation, data collection, motion capture, or embodied AI
projects is a plus.
• Able to work under tight deadlines and dynamic operational environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Willing to work flexible schedules when required by project operations.
