Job description for Operation Manager at Pt Abadi Sejahtera Finansindo
Responsible for local internal business operation management in Indonesia;
Two-line report:Report to general manager of local company in Indonesia;
Product Operations:Deep understanding of business P&L drivers、Technical R&D staff、Risk Control Strategy staff,optimizing the P&L of credit products and continuously improving the local user experience of the products;
Monitor daily operational data of business,including:SME sales development data、loan business data、and other business related data;based on daily business operation data analysis,find the optimal operation strategy or solution,and make sure that the plan is implemented;
Daily business operations using SME sales process data or business data analysis,Identify sales problems on time,give feedback and suggestion that is able to effectively monitor and manage the behavior of salespeople;
Understand and up-to-date with Indonesian financial market latest information,real-time sharing with the domestic support team to enhance domestic’s team understanding of the Indonesia’s local market;
Cooperate with head of legal department of local company and head of IT to ensure business compliance and daily operations run smoothly.
Requirements:
Honest and trustworthy-Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa and English;
Undergraduate or Master’s degree major in:Finance or business administrations is preferred;
Have a background in financial industry P2P Lending company,understand P&L drivers, familiar with financial statements,do work carefully and precisely,be risk aware,experience in mutual is preferred;
Strong communication skills and ability to influence and motivate others to solve problem-Quick and decisive,strong execution,strong learning ability,have cultural tolerance;
Maximum age is 35 years old
