We are a growing fleet telematics startup company based in Jakarta, Bandung and Surabaya, with holding company in Singapore, currently seeking an Operation Executive position, with focus on providing system and technology service support to customers, including providing training and other technical support.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Prepare and set the GPS device to be installed and send to the technician
· Coordinate with telecommunication providers to order new sim cards and activate / deactivate sim cards
· Support installation / de-installation and maintenance
· Serving customer requests related to the platform
· Receive customer complaints and coordinate with related sections for their resolution
· Checking offline customer units and coordinating with related sections for completion
· Order GPS tools, sensors and technician needs for installation, and coordinate with related parties
· Manage documents related to operations (Installation Minutes / Work Orders, Handover Minutes from providers, etc.)
· Create a daily installation report (new installation, replace, and deinstall)
· Creating reports needed by company
Requirements and Qualifications
· Minimum graduates of SMK Informatics / Computer / Engineering
· Work experience at least 1 year
· Like to learn new things
· Able to think logically and problem solver
· Able to be a good listener, proactive and communicate well with customers to explore problems and present solutions
· Able to work together in teams
