Your primary responsibilities include:
● Qualify inquiries coming inbound and outbound via multiple channels (i.e. hotline calls, Facebook Messenger, website, etc.);
● Be proactive in acquiring new customers through marketing campaigns, customer referrals, and other online platforms;
● Perform a full sales cycle of Online Math courses: consultation, booking placement tests, closing deals and proceeding payments;
● Track students’ progress in our online platforms and proactively approach students to upsell other functions of the courses;
● Maintaining accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis;
● Consistently maintain and optimize communication with prospects;
● Actively improve sales scripts and processes to increase conversion rate. Support Student Services
● Support in communicating with parents and/or students to update study's progress and follow up throughout the course
● Coordinate with the academic team to handle any student's issues, answer any other questions or concerns from parents and/or students.
Project Team involvement (optional)
● Participate in weekly project meetings, team meetings and 1 on 1 check-in sessions;
● Coordinate with Product Coordination, and Academic team to provide feedback and propose relevant suggestions to improve product or process;
● Participate in any recruitment events.
Other tasks assigned by the Direct Supervisor.

● Bachelor degree and above;
● Ability to use English for emails, meetings and daily conversation;
● Computer literacy and quick ability to learn new platforms;
● Excellent phone manners and communication skills;
● Great customer services mindset;
● Ability to cope with rejection on a daily basis;
● Willingness and proactivity to learn new things.
