Job description for Offline Marketing Lead at I CAN READ Indonesia
Offline Marketing Lead is the strategic leader responsible for the ideation, deployment, and performance of all offline lead generation channels. This includes managing major events, external partnerships, and a standardized monthly event program across all I CAN READ centers.
Job Responsibilities:
1. HQ Centre Support - Monthly Marketing Materials
- End-to-end management of all marketing materials and merchandise inventory for all Headquarter (HQ) centers.
- Oversee the design, production, quality control, and distribution of all monthly campaign collaterals (e.g., flyers, posters, banners, etc) and promotional giveaways/merchandise.
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiation for printing, production, and procurement of all offline assets to ensure cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.
2. Event Management
- Develop and execute a centralized, standardized event program playbook for all I CAN READ centers.
- Provide strategic direction and quality assurance to the Executive and Center Managers to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and lead capture at every center event.
- Analyze the performance of the monthly event program, identifying successful tactics for replication and areas for improvement.
3. Lead Generation & Partnership Strategy
- Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of major external offline marketing events (e.g., trade shows, educational fairs, roadshows).
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic brand partnerships and school/community collaborations that generate high-quality leads.
- Set clear KPIs and lead targets for all offline channels and ensure alignment with the overall business enrollment goals.
4. Team Leadership & Analysis
- Manage, mentor, and train the Offline Marketing Executive(s) and collaborate with other Marketing Team and other departments.
- Track, analyze, and report on the ROI and performance of all offline marketing and material investments.
- Manage and allocate the comprehensive offline marketing and materials budget.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management, preferably in a multi-branch or educational industry.
- Skills: Expert-level project management, vendor management, negotiation, and cross-functional communication. Proven experience in managing a team and budget.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, systems-thinker, highly organized, and an excellent leader capable of driving consistent quality across a broad network.
