Job description for Offline Marketing Intern at Homebase Vietnam
Job Description
The candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our high-performing Marketing team and will have the following responsibilities:
- Launching offline/ OOH marketing activities to attract customers to experience our services;
- Preparing relevant materials and resources in accordance with the marketing plan and be responsible for the execution;
- Contacting vendors/ advertising agencies, managing the contracts, and ensuring smooth communication between the companies and external stakeholders;
- Monitoring and ensuring the quality of experience spaces and outdoor marketing campaigns;
- Conducting research on the market, competition, and customers to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities for improvement;
- Working alongside the product and marketing team to identify other relevant engagement and activation points to drive conversion;
- Conducting research, survey to gather reviews and insights from offline customers;
- Preparing post-event reports and relevant weekly/ monthly analysis on offline marketing activities;
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
Our requirements
We are looking for candidates who fulfill the following criteria:
- Based in HCMC, available to work offline at least 3 days per week;
- Background in Marketing, Business or related field from a top-tier local or foreign university;
- Professional proficiency in written and oral Vietnamese
- Fluent in English;
- Understand basic marketing planning, know how to come up with logical, concise marketing activity plans;
- Prior experience in offline Marketing activities (event organizing, project coordinating, OOH printed ads, etc.);
- Passionate about building up company's brand and improving customer experience;
- Concise and effective communications: You’re able to articulately present and debate recommendations with cross-functional teams and senior leadership in written and oral English and Vietnamese;
- High-energy, team-first attitude: You’re motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing business;
- Proactive and passionate: You’re independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
- Disciplined and responsible: You are highly independent in terms of prioritization, time management, and organizational skills;
- Innovative and adaptable: You have impeccable attention to detail and high internal standards of work. You are always seeking ways to innovate, improve, and automate your work in a professional and effective manner.
