- To maintain and well-kept office equipment, supply and software
- To keep updated product information in In-House System & website
- To suggest an alternate solution to the problem.
- To sourcing for new vendor and aliasing with the vendor.
- To manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- To manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Ad-hoc assignment if required
